Kim Vassar has spent the majority of her life involved in the fitness industry and has taught group fitness classes for over 20 years in many prestigious fitness clubs and spas in California. She has taught numerous group classes including circuit training, boot camp, aerobic and yoga.
Kim has taken her passion for helping people to a new level. Through one on one personal training she has been able to help hundreds of women achieve huge results on many levels. Kim holds a bachelors degree in Physical Education with a minor in Exercise Nutrition and is nationally certified trainer with many hours of coaching experience. She is dedicated to helping her clients set, and accomplish there Goals.
